My One Million Steps Challenge

Hi all! Wanted to let y'all know that I've decided to really challenge myself to walk 10,000 steps a day. So I did a new blog bout it over at http://myonemillionstepschallenge.blogspot.com. Each night or the morning after, I will make a post of my steps. When I make it to one million steps, I plan to challenge myself to walk 6 Million Steps (3000 miles) which is equal to walking across the USA. :) When doing the 6 million steps challenge, I will be challenging myself to walk 30,000 steps a day (bout 15 miles). I plan to do all of this this year which means I will have walked over 7 Million Steps! That's probably more than I will have moved in the last few years. :) Take care!

Mamavation Monday - Swimming

Sorry this is a day late. Been so busy! Anyways, had so much fun at the amish country over the weekend. Did a lot of walking around but most of all, did a lot of swimming! :) Bout 4 to 5 hrs total a day. Wow! Swimming with my son was both my son's and my fave part of the weekend. Even tho I ended up gaining a pound and half over the weekend. I've already almost lost it all.

This week, my plan for workout will include doing the 4 miles on the walk away the pounds video and doing the 30 day challenge of EA Sports Active on the Wii. As for eating, I haven't figured it out yet. I'm gonna be making a list today and then going to grocery store so I can get all the food I need for this week's meals.

Sorry this is short and sweet but am pretty busy. Got too much going on at once. Wanted to say thanks for the supports I've received. :) I really appreciate it. Keep up with the great work! You're all doing awesome and make sure ya keep drinking lots and lots of water. Hugz
