Mamavation Monday - Swimming

Sorry this is a day late. Been so busy! Anyways, had so much fun at the amish country over the weekend. Did a lot of walking around but most of all, did a lot of swimming! :) Bout 4 to 5 hrs total a day. Wow! Swimming with my son was both my son's and my fave part of the weekend. Even tho I ended up gaining a pound and half over the weekend. I've already almost lost it all.

This week, my plan for workout will include doing the 4 miles on the walk away the pounds video and doing the 30 day challenge of EA Sports Active on the Wii. As for eating, I haven't figured it out yet. I'm gonna be making a list today and then going to grocery store so I can get all the food I need for this week's meals.

Sorry this is short and sweet but am pretty busy. Got too much going on at once. Wanted to say thanks for the supports I've received. :) I really appreciate it. Keep up with the great work! You're all doing awesome and make sure ya keep drinking lots and lots of water. Hugz
